"VIAVAI" offers a data-base service and give an opportunity of a contact between drivers and freewheelers.

This implies the exclusion from any responsability of the drivers and freewheelers' negligence

The request of the identity card copy is our first step for two reasons:

1- it is the base in order to make requests and offers valid

2-the possibility of spreading the addresses to comply with the privacy right .

"VIAVAI" asks for a contribution for the data-base service and its validity is for a valid contact (respecting the route and the date) between the travellers: this is indipendent from the result of the same travel.

"VIAVAI" IS RESPONSIBLE OF THE DATA-BASE FILE SERVICE AND IT SUPPLIES FOR AN IDENTITY CARD COPY OF OTHER TRAVELLERS IF IT IS REQUESTED.
